Every case I take on, I treat it like it’s a case against me and it's a real feeling. It's not pretend to me. And what I found that happens when I put myself in that position is, my whole being screams survival. It's only then that the deeper doors of creativity naturally open. These more expanded perspectives bring me to the more evolved solutions of the unique challenge.

It’s like the story of a rabbit, that could be being chased by many different predators and it has to find ways to survive and overcome that. Because the rabbit is being personally attacked, it’s subjected to the emotions that bring out survival. It is the utilization of that survival perspective that makes me, with my strategies, unique.

There is nothing more creative and powerful than the instinct to survive. When I take on a case, I recognize it's a personal attack against you, and I also feel it as an attack against me. From Entrepreneur to Trial Attorney

I didn’t become a lawyer in the traditional way. My career, began not in a classroom, but in the middle of a courtroom battle I did not expect.

As a nonprofit president and entrepreneur, I bought a restaurant but Instead of the sellers lawfully transferring ownership, they kept my money, kept the restaurant, and sued me for two million dollars.

At first, I hired an attorney. But as the fight dragged on, I realized no one would defend my cause with the same firel I felt inside. So I stepped in myself, pro per, against seasoned "super lawyer" litigators, armed with nothing but determination, late nights in a makeshift garage “war room,” and an unshakable belief in justice.

For 15 months, I fought through four attempts to throw out my own claims. Then the ruling came: OVERRULED. Every single cause of action survived. That was just my beginning.

That “small” victory changed everything and it also proved that no amount of intimidation or money can defeat a relentless advocate. Over the 800+ legal filings that followed, I was also in law school, where I graduated valedictorian, passed the bar, and founded Arad Law to deliver for my clients the same relentless advocacy I once demanded for myself.
